The legacy cross-agency request management system which manages this work was nearing endof-life and required replacement.

The legacy request management system was nearing end-of life and required security and functionality upgrades.

The critical system was in use by 22 law enforcement and national security agencies and all major telecommunications carriers to exchange telecommunications data.

A review was required to re-imagine and design a new system which meets the needs of the diverse users.
